Greens

Remember that most greens are interchangeable in recipes.  So, if you really like a recipe that calls for collards but you only have chard, use your chard.  It will be just as good!  The trick with chard is that in order to eat it raw, it needs an acid to remove the bitterness - check out the Swiss chard salad - so light and summery!

Swiss Chard - white or rainbow - it's all delicious and can be used in ANY of the below recipes!  It's so versatile!!
